Ljubo Miskin Ph.D.E.E. President
Mr. Ljubo Miskin (1953) studied Electrical Power Engineering
at Sarajevo University where he received B.Sc, M.Sc.
and Ph.D.E.E. degrees in 1976, 1982 and 1991, respectively.
He has more than 15 years of experience in High Voltage
Engineering (testing of equipment, electromagnetic transients
in T & D substations and network) gained in the period
1976-1991 as expert in Electric Power Institute of Energoinest
Co.(Sarajevo). In the period 1992-1996 he was engaged
as CESI's (Milano, Italy) Area Manager for markets of
South East Europe and Asia (Middle and Far East).
Since 1997 he is founder and owner of DECOTRA Co. (Milano,
Italy).
Dr. Miskin is author or co-author of more than 40 papers
published in former Yugoslavia and abroad.

Andreja Martinoli, Ph.D.E.E. Managing Director
Mr. Andreja Martinoli (1945) studied Electrical Engineering
at Belgrade University and received B.Sc, M.Sc. and
Ph.D.E.E. degrees in 1968, 1978 and 1985, respectively.
He has more than 35 years of professional experience
in Power System Operation and Power System Expansion
Planning Analyses.
Dr. Martinoli is also Associate Professor at the University
of Belgrade from 1987 for post graduated courses on
Optimal Power System Expansion Planning. Dr. Martinoli
has large experience in ex-Yugoslav countries and Gulf
countries (Qatar, Oman).
Speaks English and Italian.
Dr. Martinoli is author and co-author of more than 40
papers on Power System Generation and Transmission systems
expansion planning and analysis. He is member of GCC
CIGRE and YUKO CIGRE.

Milan Gavrilović, M.Sc.E.E.
Mr. Milan Gavrilović (1938) studied at Faculty of
Electrical Engineering - Technical Physics - 1957
- 1962, University of Belgrade and at Faculty of Natural
Science - Nuclear Physics and Technics, Postgraduate
Course 1962 - 1963, University of Ljubljana.
He has more than 40 years of professional experience
in the field of: Nuclear and Thermal Power Plants
design, Project management of EIA and EMP in power
industry and other industrial and municipal plants;
Environmental projects tender documents preparation
and bid evaluation; Environmental due diligence in
power industry and other industries; Administration
management of Environmental Division of Power Industry.
He was 24 years with Energoprojekt, 4 years with Yugoslav
Power Industry and 13 years with Power Industry of
Serbia. Mr. Gavrilović is author or co-author of more
than 70 papers on nuclear safety and radiation protection,
environmental impact assessment, environment due diligence
and environment management.
He speaks English, French and Russian.
He is member of several national and international
professional bodies and president of the National
Committee C3 (Environment Performances) of the JUKO
CIGRE.

Nenad Pavlović M.Sc.M.E.
Nenad Pavlović (1959) graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade - Thermal Energy Department, where he received B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees. He worked in Enegoprojekt, Department for thermal and nuclear power plants, as an engineer (1984 - 1989); later on he worked in the Yugoslav Power Industry as an Senior Engineer for TPP (1990 - 1993) and in Electric Power Industry of Serbia, Department for Strategy and Investments, as a Lead Engineer for thermal power plants (1993 - 2002); also he worked in the Agency for Energy Efficiency (2002 - 2006) as a Senior Adviser for planning and Deputy Secretary and later on as the Director.
Mr. Pavlović has more than 25 years of professional experience in the field of: energy efficiency policy, end-use energy efficiency (industry, buildings, district heating), municipal energy planning, cogeneration, renewable energy sources, energy technologies (CCGT, gas turbines, IC engines), clean coal combustion technologies (CFBC, PFBC, IGCC, PC+DeNOx+DeSOx) monitoring and diagnostics, PC thermal power plant rehabilitation. He is fluent in English and Russian.
Published more than 50 professional papers in domestic professional journals and/or outlined at national and international professional conferences.

Milan Jovanić, M.Sc.E.E.
Mr. Milan Jovanić (1937) studied Nuclear Engineering
at the Electrical Engineering Department of Belgrade
University, received DIC as a PG student at the Imperial
College in 1965 and M.Sc.(Eng.) degree at the University
of London in 1969. He has more than 38 years of professional
experience in Environmental Protection Engineering Design
for Thermal Power Plants; Environmental Impact Assessment;
Environmental Management Planning on National and Local
Levels; Environmental Conditions Monitoring and Economic
Analyses (pre-feasibility and feasibility studies).
Mr. Jovanić is author or co-author of more than 85 scientific
papers on thermal and nuclear power plant, environmental
impact assessment and energy management. Speaks English
and Russian.
He is Member of Yugoslav Comission for the Impelemntation
of the Convention on Longe – Range Transboundary Air
Pollution (CLRTAP), since 1992; Member of the National
Committee of World Energy Council, since 1980; Member
of UN ECE CLRTAP Working Group on Strategies in the
period 1992-2000, Member of the Study Commitee C3 of
the JUKO CIGRE, etc.

Dragana Orlić B.Sc.E.E.
Mrs. Dragana Orlić (born 1963) studied electrical engineering
at University of Belgrade. In her career she spent 15
years with Energoprojekt Co. Now, she is full time employed
at S.E.E.C. Mrs. Orlić is specialized in the field of
power system development planning and transmission network
system development planning and operation. She was involved
in numerous pre-feasibility and feasibility studies
for power system expansion planning in Serbia and in
several projects in Qatar.
Mrs. Orlić is author and co-author of more than 10 conference
papers.
Speaks English and Italian.
She is a member of WG C1, YUKO CIGRE.

Jadranko Simić M. Sc.
Mr. Jadranko Simić (1959) studied spatial planning at
the University of Belgrade and received B.Sc, M.Sc.
degrees. He worked 7 years with Institute of Architecture
and Urban Planning of Serbia and 13 years in the Environmental
Department of responsible federal ministries of Yugoslavia.
Mr. Simić is specialized in the field of: sustainable
development, environmental management, environmental
impact assessment, strategic environmental assessment,
preparation and realization of environmental projects,
environmental economic instruments, spatial and urban
planning, planning of open mining areas, etc.
Mr. Simić has large experience in cooperation with international
institutions dealing with environmental matters (UNEP,
UNDP, UN ECE, HABITAT, EU, WB, EIB, EBRD, US EPA, EEA
etc.), Ex Yugoslav countries and SEE countries. He worked
in the United Arabic Emirates and Botswana. Also, he
was environmental consultant of WB, REC, and UN ECE.
He speaks English and understands Russian. Mr. Simić
is author or co-author of more than 40 scientific papers
and few books.
He is/was member of IAIA, BENA; US NGS; USA WEF; Serbian
Spatial Planners Association; Society of Air Protection;
Serbian Geographic Society.

Slavica Kajgana Borković, B.Sc.C.E.
Slavica Kajgana Borković (1950) graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Belgrade University - Department of Hydraulic Engineering. In her professional career she worked 32 years with Energoprojekt. At present, she is employed with SEEC as a full-time engineer.
Slavica Kajgana Borković is specialized in the preparation
of investment-technical and planning documents for complex
multi-purpose systems and structures in the field of
water management and hydropower engineering. Her previous
work was predominantly related to the territory of former
Yugoslavia.She has working knowledge of English, French
and Spanish language.
Mrs. Kajgana Borković is a member of Serbian Chamber of Engineers.

Maja Banajlić, B.Sc.M.E.
Mrs. Maja Banjalić (1976) studied Mechanical Engineering at University of Belgrade - Thermal Energy Department, where she received B.Sc. degree. She spent two years at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade as a Research Assistant at the Department for Thermal Power Engineering. Now, she is full time employed at S.E.E.C.
Mrs. Banjalić is specialized in the field of: wind energy projects, thermal power engineering, combined production heat and electric energy production and CFD modeling.
Mrs. Banjalić is author and co-author of more than 5 articles. She speaks English and German.
She is a member of the Society of Thermal Engineers of Serbia and ASME organization.

Tomislav Ćorović, B.Sc.C.E.
Mr. Tomislav Ćorović (1949) graduated on Faculty of Mining and Geology, University of Belgrade, Engineering and Hydrogeology section. He worked two years in Pb and Zn Mine "Suplja Stijena", Gradac, Pljevlja where he was engaged on geological and exploitation jobs.
In the course of 19 years he was engaged in construction and exploitation of TE Pljevlja, where he was engaged on water supply system, arch-concrete dam, system for ash handling of TPP (earth dam " Maljevac", ash pipe line), technical observation of TE "Plevlja"facilities .
Mr. Ćorović is author of many professional reports in construction and exploitation area of hydro-technical projectsHe is good in English.
He has a license of the geological engineer for execution of geological and geotechnical works (license no. 491 9246 05)

Radovan Miljanović, B. Sc. C. E.
Radovan Miljanović (1948) studied Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Moscow Civil Engineering University - Department for Hydro-techniques, received Postgraduate diploma in Quantity Surveying&project Management in London.
He has more than 30 years of professional experience in Energoprojekt Co. He has large experience in supervision and construction works of the big sites in Asia (Iraq, Vietnam), Africa (Ethiopia, Algeria ) and ex-Yugoslav countries.
Now he is working in SEEC as a Senior Consultant Engineer. R. Miljanović is author of 2 books about Quality Assurance in Civil Engineering and 7 papers about SHPP. HE speaks English and Russian.

Predrag Vujović, B.Sc.E.E.
Mr. Predrag Vujovic (1977) graduated Power Engineering at Institute for Power, Electronics and Telecommunication, Faculty of Technical Science at University of Novi Sad.
He started his career in Energosoft Novi Sad and after a year he continued his professional development within Energoprojekt Entel Belgrade as power system engineer. Being a member of Biro for Power System Analyses, he’s been working on number of power system studies and analyses in the country and abroad. Now, he is full-time employed engineer at S.E.E.C.
Mr. Vujovic has an experience in power transmission and distribution network planning, gained on different load flow, short circuit, motor starting, harmonics analysis studies done mainly for oil and petroleum companies and utilities from fast developing countries in Middle East – Qatar, Oman and Jordan.
He speaks English.

Mirko Maksimović, B.Sc.C.E.
Mr. Mirko Maksimović (born 1977) studied civil engineering at University of Belgrade. In his career he spent 4 years with Directory for inland waterways of Serbia - PLOVPUT. Now, he is full time employed at S.E.E.C.
Mr. Maksimović is specialized in the field of hydraulic modeling (one and two-dimensional flow), river morphology, design of structures for regulation and maintenance of riverbed and safety of navigation on the inland waterways. He was involved in several pre-feasibility and feasibility studies for river maintenance, safety of navigation and small hydro power plants.Speaks English.

Maja Studovic, M.Sc.M.E.
Maja Studovic (1978) graduated at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Belgrade University, where she gained M.Sc. degree. She is PhD student at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Belgrade University at the Combustion Techniques Department. She worked in the Institute of Nuclear Sciences “Vinca”, Department for Thermal Engineering and Energy, as researcher from 2004 to 2008.
Now, she is full time employed at SEEC.
Maja’s main ocupation were comprehensive research activities within energy system–supply and demand side; measurements and analysis of processes in Thermal Power Plants (TPP); especially related to operating performances of boilers and turbines; Energy and Environmental Interaction; and estimation of physical, technical and economic potential of RES in Serbia. She speaks English and German.
Maja Studovic is co-author of one book, and more than 10 articles in national and international journals and proceedings of national and international conferences
